Catholic TMS D: Be Christ's Disciple

14 verses peacemakerdill

Series D: Be Christ's Disciple presents seven imperatives that characterize various aspects of being Christ's disciple.

Scripture tells us that "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." 2 Timothy 3:16-17 and that we should" Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV The following scripture verses are to assist in doctrinal training; each scripture supports a doctrinal truth related to one of the following Articles of Faith below;

ARTICLES OF FAITH
Of The Scriptures
Of The True God
Of The Holy Spirit
Of The Devil, Or Satan
Of Creation
Of The Fall of Man
Of The Virgin Birth
Of The Atonement For Sin

Please note this is a work in progress and I will be adding additional verses as my studies in the doctrinal truth continue.
